Purchase Instructions


To purchase a repair service, simply hit the "buy it now" and select the option that better suits your needs. After you checkout, click  to print our shipping label. Package your cluster carefully inside of a cardboard box with crumpled newspaper or bubble wrap. NO PACKING PEANUTS! Remember these clusters are delicate electronics so package accordingly. Please include your contact information in your package (name, address, phone number, email). Affix your Carroll's Automotive shipping label and ship via the carrier of your choice. You MUST send us a tracking number so we may track your package. Call or text your tracking number to 806-781-0030or email it to Phillip@CarrollsAutoTX.com. Upon arrival, we will contact you via telephone to verify the repairs you purchased and let you know that it was received. The repairs will be completed THAT DAY and sent back to you FREE of charge. You will then be contacted with a tracking number when your cluster has been shipped back to you. If you need assistance with cluster removal, shipping, or any questions, contact us anytime.
